The Property , around 500 square meters, has been recently renovated and it is based on two floors plus an attic. Villa Querce can comfortably accommodate 10 people, but with the possibility to get even 14 on the ground floor there is a large living room with two fireplaces, a study room with a sofa bed and a bathroom, a dining room, a billiard room and a wonderful kitchen that overlooks a small garden with its ortho of vegetables.

Walking into the apartment you are greeted with a well-lit room with several windows, wood ceilings and tiled flooring. A large living room with a sofa, a pouffe, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV and a dining table creates a space for all guests to relax. The kitchen is functional in size, and comes complete with anything you would need to prepare a meal. One bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The other larger room has a double bed that can be separated into two twins. The bathrooms both have a rainfall shower, one with chromotherapy. The terrace is the highlight of the apartment. Its large dimension is a rarity in Central Rome, complete with a small garden collection and a pergola creating a shaded tunnel over the dining/sitting area, it offers fantastic ambience, particularly at night.
